You enter your website address. Cailub reads a small number of your public pages, prepares a temporary knowledge base and lets you ask your demo assistant real questions about your business.

It uses publicly accessible pages from your website only. It does not access private systems or confidential information.

An AI chatbot for your existing website is £49/month with no setup fee if you install it yourself, or £299 one-off installation then £49/month if we install it for you (one fee if we also set up Laila). A new website is £249 one-off, with optional £49/month maintenance that includes hosting. A new website with a Cailub AI chatbot is £249 one-off if you add the chatbot yourself, or £349 if we install it, then £58/month in two parts: £29 website care and £29 for the chatbot. Optional chatbot add-ons are £39/month each, and Laila, the AI Phone Receptionist, is coming soon (not yet available to buy) and will start at £49/month with 150 minutes. Business Growth services and bespoke work are priced separately on the pricing page.

Website care (£49 a month on its own, or £29 as part of the Website + AI Chatbot bundle) covers hosting, security updates, small content edits and uptime monitoring. The chatbot fee (£49 a month on its own, or £29 in the bundle) covers running costs, answer updates and a monthly conversation summary. The £29 chatbot price only applies together with a Cailub website.

Each chatbot includes a fair monthly conversation allowance, confirmed before you buy. We do not offer unlimited usage.

Monthly care can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the paid month. For the website-only plan, your website remains yours.

It can be configured to say it does not know and offer a way to contact your team, rather than guessing.

Yes. Installation is a short copy-and-paste snippet. You can also share a hosted chatbot link.

Use the hosted chatbot link, send the instructions to your web developer, or choose done-for-you setup.

Yes, where configured. Visitors can leave their details so your team can follow up.

Calendar booking is coming as an optional add-on. A connection to your CRM, or to other tools, is built as bespoke work: we scope your system first, then quote, so it is tested and secured properly. Until then, every enquiry is saved in your Cailub dashboard and emailed to you.

Yes. Your chatbot uses your name, colours and welcome message, built to match your new website.
