This supplement applies to business customers in European Union. It forms part of the agreement with Lyndon Mukandavire trading as Cailub, alongside the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Where this supplement and those documents differ, this supplement applies for customers in European Union.

1. Who this supplement applies to

Business customers established in a member state of the European Union.

2. Who you are contracting with

Cailub is a trading name of Lyndon Mukandavire, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom at 60 Stockport Road, Manchester, M12 6AL, United Kingdom.

Wherever you are based, your contract is with this UK business. The UK GDPR applies to all of Cailub’s processing, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is our lead regulator, and prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). This supplement only adds the local rules that also apply in European Union.

3. Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in our terms excludes rights that the law of your member state says cannot be excluded in a business contract.

Some member states review standard business terms more strictly than English law. Where a term would be invalid under a mandatory local rule, the rest of the terms continue to apply.

4. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rules of your member state. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your market gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

5. Your privacy rights and the regulator

Cailub is established in the United Kingdom and has no establishment in the European Union. The EU GDPR applies to our processing of your data because we offer services to businesses in the EU.

You have the rights in the EU GDPR: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

You can complain to the data protection authority in the member state where you live or work, or where an alleged breach happened.

Whether Cailub needs an EU representative under Article 27 of the EU GDPR is being assessed.

Regulator: The data protection authority of the member state where you are based.

6. International data transfers

Personal data sent from the EU to Cailub in the UK relies on the European Commission’s UK adequacy decision.

Onward transfers to providers outside the UK and EU rely on the provider’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (processor modules). The route for each provider is shown in the Subprocessor Register once verified.

7. AI disclosure

Every Cailub chatbot tells users they are interacting with an AI system. Customers cannot remove this notice.

Recruitment screening, candidate ranking and similar high-risk uses are disabled.

8. Marketing

Business email to companies only in Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium, at published business addresses, with an opt-out, each email approved by a person. Off in every other member state, including Germany, France, Spain and Italy, where prior consent is needed or addresses taken from websites may not be used. No calls or texts.

9. Tax

Not yet verified. This section will be completed before this supplement is published.

10. Language

English. Local-language terms may be added for specific member states.
