1. Who this supplement applies to

Business customers established in the United Kingdom.

2. Who you are contracting with

Cailub is a trading name of Lyndon Mukandavire, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom at 60 Stockport Road, Manchester, M12 6AL, United Kingdom.

Wherever you are based, your contract is with this UK business. The UK GDPR applies to all of Cailub’s processing, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is our lead regulator, and prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). This supplement only adds the local rules that also apply in United Kingdom.

3. Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in our terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Limits on our liability to business customers apply only so far as they are reasonable under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

4. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

5. Your privacy rights and the regulator

You have the rights set out in our Privacy Policy under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You can complain to us first, and you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Regulator: Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

6. International data transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK-US data bridge where the recipient is certified) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. The route for each provider is shown in the Subprocessor Register once verified.

7. AI disclosure

Every Cailub chatbot shows a notice that the user is talking to an AI. Customers cannot remove it.
